Dear Business Owner:

Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to the Virginia Victory Games. Established in 1981, the Games have a proud tradition of offering eligible participants the opportunity to compete at no cost to them. Even more importantly, the Games has have a positive impact on the lives of Virginia area youths, their families, and the community.

This year, for the first time, we are offering an opportunity to local businesses like yours to become Games Sponsors. Your contributions will be targeted exclusively to lower the growing costs of the Games athletes, enabling them to fullyparticipate in the programs, Virginia Victory Games tournaments.

The Virginia Victory Games is guided by a volunteer board of directors and dedicated parents and volunteers. However, we are different from some other organizations in thatwe are a small nonprofit club that does not receive any governmental or grant assistance.

Our primary revenue source is proceeds freely given by individuals and business owners in the area, which funds our annual March tournament. We are grateful to received these donations from generous contributors.

With the current economy, these funds do not cover all of the operating expenses. We are trying to keep the families, who are already taxed with medical and financial hardships from having to raise funds to pay for tournament entry fees and added expenses. The average cost per player per year to participate is approximately $350, particularly difficult for these families with the growing cost of medical expenses /or modest financial means.

In order to continue to make this rewarding experience growing number of participants, we are reaching out directly to area businesses, family, and friends, and offering the opportunity to help by becoming a Games sponsor! While any sponsorship level you select will be greatly appreciated, a donation of $500 or more will earn you a Proud Team Sponsor Plaque with a photo of the Games participants to display on your office wall, a valuable marketing tool as well.

P.S. All checks must be made payable to the Virginia Victory Games or VVG. All sponsors will receive an advertising/sponsorship invoice for tax-reporting purposes, based on the sponsorship level selected.
